These terms apply to the use of mobilcv.com and mobilcv.net (together "MobilCV"). By using these websites, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

MobilCV consists of a free, browser-based CV builder that requires no sign-up, and informational content about writing CVs. No fee is charged for creating your CV or downloading it as a PDF.

2. Your data

The information you enter in your CV is not sent to our servers; it is kept only on your own device, in your browser's local storage. If you clear your browser data or use another device, you may therefore lose access to it. We recommend keeping a copy with the Download Backup feature. Details on personal data are in our Privacy Policy.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your CV.
• Enter information about other people only with their permission (for example your referees' contact details).
• Do not use MobilCV to create unlawful or misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

4. Intellectual property

The content you write in your CV belongs to you, and you may use the PDF you create as you wish. You may freely adapt the example CV texts on our websites when preparing your own CV. The software, design, logo, guide texts and images of the websites belong to MobilCV and may not be copied or used in another service without permission.

5. Informational content

Our guides and CV rules by country are for general information only and are not a substitute for legal, financial or professional advice. We take care to cite sources and keep them up to date, but conventions vary by country, sector and employer.

6. No warranty

MobilCV is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a CV created with it will lead to a particular job. We recommend checking your PDF before sending it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of job opportunities arising from the use of MobilCV. This does not affect any liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Links to other websites

Our websites may contain links to other websites (for example our sources or social media platforms). Those websites are responsible for their own content and privacy practices.

9. Changes

We may add, change or remove features of the service. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page together with its date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected.
